For any dispute arising from their interpretation or validity, the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lanciano (CH), without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring the matter before the judge of his domicile pursuant to Article 33 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
