1. Commitment to accessibility

European Cars & More S.r.l., owner of the website cianciarmoring.com, is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 106 of August 10, 2018, as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

This Declaration is prepared in accordance with UNI EN 301 549 V3.1.1 and European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

2. Compliance status.

3.1 Nonconformities detected

The following contents are not yet fully accessible for the reasons stated:

• Some images may not have adequate descriptive alternative text (“alt” attribute) – not compliant with WCAG criterion 2.1 § 1.1.1 (Non-textual content);
• Some media content may not have subtitles or audio descriptions-not compliant with WCAG 2.1 § 1.2.2 and § 1.2.3 criteria;
• The color contrast of some graphic elements on a dark background may be insufficient-not in accordance with WCAG criterion 2.1 § 1.4.3 (Minimum Contrast);
• Keyboard navigation may not be fully implemented in all contact forms-not conforming to WCAG criterion 2.1 § 2.1.1;
• Some downloadable documents may not be optimized for reading with screen reader – not compliant with WCAG criterion 2.1 § 4.1.2.

3.2 Exceptions for disproportionate burden

The Company recognizes that some of the above non-compliances could result in a disproportionate burden under Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 due to available technical and financial resources. The Company is committed to proceeding with a phased compliance plan in the next cycles of updating the Site.

3.3 Content excluded from the scope

They are excluded from the accessibility requirement, according to Article 1(4) of Directive (EU) 2016/2102:

• Third-party content not funded, developed, or controlled by the Company;
• Historical archive files published before September 23, 2019, if any.

4. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on April 22, 2025 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by European Cars & More S.r.l., with the support of the technical team responsible for the Site.

The next revision of the declaration is due by April 22, 2026.
